Therapy for adults works to change negative beliefs, heal from trauma and move towards greater confidence and functioning.
Online groups for Black women who reside in California support those wanting a space to explore and process stressors.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-responsive and BIPOC and/or LQBTQIA+ affirming.

I speak on topics related to the mental health of kids, parenting for behavior regulation, the impacts of trauma on development, and support for families of color in predominantly White environments.
Past speaking includes presentations at U.C. Berkeley, U.C. Santa Barbara, National Association of Independent Schools' People of Color Conference, National Partnership for Educational Access, the Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the American Psychological Association's National Multicultural Conference and Summit.

I also help to introduce or improve social-emotional learning and greater mental health support as an integral part of the school culture.
