Are you licensed?

How much does therapy cost?

$185 for a 50-minute therapy session for an individual adult (telehealth).

$185 for a 45-minute therapy session for an individual teen or child (telehealth).

$275 for a couple or family session (telehealth).

$50 for a 90 minute group therapy session (telehealth).

While I do not typically do in-person sessions at this time, depending on where you are located this can possibly be arranged - please inquire about in-person pricing.

If price is an issue, please contact me. I have a limited-number of sliding-scale slots available.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. I can provide a super-bill to submit to your insurer for reimbursement if that is an option with your plan.

Please inquire with your insurer about the availability of out-of-network benefits, any deductibles, and how reimbursement requests are submitted.

How do I get in contact with you?

If you or a loved one are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or are in danger of harming self or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. Otherwise, please fill out my contact form and I will get back to you.

What is therapy like?

Therapy is an individual experience for each person. We will start with an intake appointment where I learn more about you and what inspires you to seek treatment. From there and based on what you come in wanting to work on, we will develop a treatment plan that works for you that may include narrative therapy, CBT, EMDR, somatic work, mindfulness or play therapy for kids.

Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute call to get any questions answered and see if we will be a match.
